"While Ryan was nice. State Farm just doesn't have enough options. All they can provide for my home was Citizens. I'd go to an insurance broker that can shop around instead of just put you with the "insurer of last resort"."
We responded:
"While State Farm is our primary carrier, we do act as a broker for those who don’t qualify, as we have over 15 other carriers we can shop with. However for manufactured homes such as yours, in a hurricane-prone state, very few carriers will offer coverage other than Citizens and for obvious reasons. I will add that in recent hurricanes Milton and Ian, Citizens took very good care of my clients with manufactured homes, almost all of whom had damages."

"I have had a wonderful years-long experience with James Meroni. He consistently goes to work on my behalf to source the best policies (both in price and coverage) for all of my insurance needs. Recently I was hit with a random up-charge above and beyond initial quote, and James didn't stand for it. He proactively went and renegotiated with the underwriter and found me great savings. "Great help today from Donna at State Farm. Even though the office was closed for MLK , Donna was covering the office phone which was very lucky for me. I had just purchased a brand new car on Saturday and needed to bring the dealer my temporary insurance card. Donna was super friendly, professional and got me what I needed for the dealer in no time at all. It’s always a pleasure to deal with Donna and all the people working at this office"

"I had a really good experience wit the services provided by Ryan from James Meroni Offices. We spoke a few times on the phone and no pressure was sense. I personally don't like when the feeling to make a decision is being pressured on you to decide. The process was easy, smooth and all the details clear. No to mention the price, it was the best between the most known big companies. Definitely recommend."

"Avoid them. I have a fleet of six cars. State Farm terminated my contract because my drivers had a few minor accidents over the past five years. During that time, they collected about $18,000 in premiums and certainly spent less on those claims. In my opinion, it's normal to have some accidents with such a large fleet. They are simply greedy. The second issue is home insurance. It turned out that renewing the policy costs twice as much as with their competitors."

"Hi Adam, thank you for the feedback, we’ve enjoyed helping you these last few years and sorry that corporate non-renewed your autos. When multiple undisclosed drivers cause multiple claims totaling over $50,000 it does raise red flags. We’d love to help you again in the future but please let us know who will be driving. Some companies actually deny claims with undisclosed drivers but I’m glad State Farm made good on their promise. As for the home, I’m sorry that corporate removed the bundle discount when there was no longer a bundle. If you need help in the future please don’t hesitate to ask!"
